PION Ltd. mission is to offer to the industry innovative technological solutions and services enhancing its partners’ efficiency. The aim is to achieve the reliable and effective operation providing the highest possible quality of their product whether it is design documentation, finished industrial product or operating their production facilities.

To provide its mission and achieve PION’s objectives the carefully selected staff and contributors have sufficiently maintaining and continuously improving skills being prepared to evaluate conditions under which its partners operate and creatively find solutions to their problems and challenges thus contributing to their success.

Being aware that the heavily burdened by the market’s demand companies are not able to follow all industrial innovations, results of research and development results as well as changes in the regulatory and legal requirements PION’s experts analysing the environment of its partners in which they need to perform and operate helping them to collect all necessary information for utilising the best available practices as well as maintain the up to date framework of their deployment.

In the very first stage of its existence PION was involved into the elaboration and application of industrial maintenance technologies mainly in corrosion protection, wear and erosion resistance coating, lubrication and cleaning technologies as well as radiation protection. Established in 2005 it had originally three MSC degree engineers graduated in mechanical engineering and specialised for nuclear industry, nuclear power plants in its staff. Nowadays, it was increased up to 14 engineers covering all important areas of expertise relevant for different industrial applications including and became the most important – nuclear power plants. Their work is supported by three administrative colleagues.

Industrial areas being involved into beside nuclear:
